Hawksbill (Eretmochelys imbricata) is one of the most endangered turtle species. Besides the usual threats such as hunting for eggs or meats, the main reason peoples hunting Hawksbill is because of their shells (the rear shell scales) has a unique and beautiful pattern. Generally they use Hawksbill’s shell for jewelry and decorative equipment
